Truth is nobody knows what will definitely happen in the future, or the company's present status. IMHO there is some shameful pumping by a few who have no verifiable evidence on the company's present financial status, its present or future viability, involvement by others in the demise etc. Also, no concrete evidence as to what will transpire when this hits the trial phase or settlement phase or even a dismissal phase.

The facts are (1) Jim and Ruth have been charged, (2) the legal machine is moving slowly (3) stock is in the crapper (4) many have lost $thousands (5) doors are open, lights are on. That's pretty much it.
