E*Trade doesn't charge commission if you switch between Rydex funds, and the cut-off time is 4PM. (no Profunds though)

Minimum I think is $15K. Sometimes they force you to stay 2 days, sometimes you can switch the next day.

You can always open an account at Rydex, but the minimum is $25K.
