He doesn't think he has a moral obligation to the
shareholders. His only obligation as far as he is
concerned is himself. He has always put himself first.
Where are the buyout offers that he was going to
present at a shareholders meeting for a vote. You
know a vote, Jimmy. The company belongs to all the
shareholders, not just Ed. However, he runs the company
like it's all his even though the company was kept
running on the shareholders money, not his. He is
completely amoral. If you don't know the meaning of
amoral, it means devoid of any sense or morality.
Why doesn't he post on the website or better yet, send
out a formal letter to the shareholders, every single
shareholder of record why he did not follow through on
the shareholders meeting and a vote on the buyout?
I'm sure you will come up with an excuse for him, just
like he has come up with a multitude of excuses on his
own over the years. This is just one issue with him. I
could go on and on and demonstrate why he isn't honest,
lacks integrity and will never be a success because
he lacks this characteristics that are essential to be
truly successful in life. Your turn.
