I would have to agree with. It will take some time to find out the true story but when I say the S-8 filing I should have run. Most companies that file s-8 for shares with few employes and not making money is a scam for the top few to line their pockets at the expense of the share holders. Just look at MTTG.ob The CEO makde millions off of S-8 filings while the company never made money. He lined his pockets. I do believe if he did not registered the shares then definetly will be a lawsuit. I got screwed. If I ever see any other S-8 with a company without earnings I will run.
