point 2. yaw have to read a little more to notice it says these transactions occurred BEFORE taken from post: "prior to the licensing of TheSUBWAY to CRGP"

Companies like Subway are used by many start-up companies. BB's Pinks, etc.. And IF they are given 5 million shares?? this is when the share value is practically nothing.. sub penny. >0001

They do not get paid, 5 million shares, of a stock that is trading for 30 cents.. NOT even .25 cents.

But lets be nice to the basher here, do the math, on just one claimed in this.. GTEC at .25 cents per share.

Try, .25 x 5,000,000 = $1,250,000.00

There's more in this little bash report too... $10,000 per month in payments for the promotion.. O.K. so now we are talking Subway is being paid up front, $1.2 million dollars in share value and a additional $10 grand a month??
