I don't think they are overvalued:
1. because of the earnings report, pe ratio 10 x eps 0.06 = value at least 0.60 within a few weeks / months
2. deal with pope gives them an average of about 0.27 dollar a share. Surely they think it will be (more) in a short while. Else they wouldn't have invested their money.
3. possible dividend that comes out from selling LTUS and SPEH shares owned by GTEC before oct 2008
4. possible listing in near future on another board
