That article was put out only a few days ago so I don't know how far Canada is in picking the laser dazzler.
CEO Battis mentions laser dazzlers a great deal in the interviews on wallst.net. GAK has those links in the IBOX. If you haven't listen to them yet I suggest you do. If just a few things hit that he mentioned in those interviews we all should do just fine.
Word is that we should see some press releases by the end of the month which would be next week. Pretty quiet due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the States. I think everyone is playing the waiting game for some new releases.
