I am thankful to own Torvec and to have left the Garden State to finally return to my home in the Finger Lakes. It has been three weeks back in town and I am only a tiny bit peeved that there hasn't been snow yet, but I am so glad to be back in the most beautiful place in the world. Thanks for holding down the fort...
On this Thanksgiving, cherish the breath you take that day and every day after, and enjoy the freedom we have to discuss, disagree, analyze and learn. If we look back through history, and I mean thousands of years, it is easy to see that we were born at an extremely rare time when all these freedoms are enjoyed by the masses. A tiny percentage of our human existence is spent as free people, and we are the lucky ones to get to live it.
Not a bad deal, really.
