Hawk,

I just wanted to drop by, and tell you that I'm in a very similar position to yours. I have good experience in Rydex funds trading, and swing trading, but my day trading with NQ's and ES's has gone downhill from the beginning.

As I told Trainguy in a PM I'm really benefiting from his "Notes for Beginners to Futures Trading".
