Good or Bad -

As long as the information given is what someone thinks?

Company Selling Shares - When a business starts up, they sell shares to investors i.e. friends, family or venture capitalist. These shares that are acquired and not counted in any float but instead for the OS (outstanding share) - that is UNLESS THEY ARE SOLD on the open market - at this point they are then added to the float.

The CEO stated in an email from an I-Huber that the company was not selling shares - I THINK THE FLOAT INCREASE was because of this fact !!!

THE AS of a company can become the entire float i.e. this company has 3 Billion AS, if all the other investors that bought into the startup company sell their shares, then the float is increased and NEW INVESTORS TAKE OVER (that’s US).

Most CEO's take stock in their company - I thought someone said that our CEO had stock (not sure about this), if so then he has either sold it (which I doubt, sense he knows the potential of the company) or has it under his pillow for a rainy day !!!

A Company DOES NOT NEED TO REVERSE A STOCK IF THE AS HAS BEEN MEET - THEY CAN JUST UP THE AS !!


NO TALK OF EITHER HAS BEEN SAID BY THE CEO - UNTIL THEN I WILL COMTINUE TO BUY WHEN I CAN.

This is the only board of many, that I have seen something for the dollars I have invested - if you are not a share holder then why are you here ???? If you are a holder and bought HIGH, here is your chance to LOWER YOUR PPS VALUE.
