Quasi and Dead, interesting discussion.
Maybe you should ask stockcharts to dust their hardware as well. I'm sure it may help. We have no idea what they are doing.

Let me tell you one basic thing about human relationship. I should teach you something as well in return.
In basic relationship there are 2 ways.
1) You can approach a person in a normal way. In this normal way you treat the person with benefit of doubt. You regard the person as trusty, intelligent, good. UNTIL PROVEN otherwise, at which point you withdraw the credit for that particular thing.
2) You can approach a person in a COP (police, ward) way. In this cop way you suspect the hell out of everybody. You treat the person with suspicion that he/she may be a potential criminal. You do not give benefit of doubt. You regard the person as not trusty, likely stupid, no good two-left hand person, highly likely to be the cause of any of the problem around. UNTIL PROVEN otherwise, at which point you RELUCTANTLY still withdraw a bit of the suspicion and start to give credit for that particular thing, but ONLY BECAUSE FORCED by evidence.

One of the things in life I find is that the people tend to be COPs when it comes between institutions and individuals. This is silly and all too often proven wrong just because in institutions work also people which can be just as bad as Joe can.
Here in our debate this is another poster example of that.
You have no way to know if it is right to treat me with suspicion or stockcharts. Yet I, the individual am the one being placed under suspicion (of being wrong, ignorant, at fault and so on) and not given any credit, all the while stockcharts WHICH WAS PROVEN guilty so many times is given the benefit of the doubt. Case closed.

I am sure you guys were treated like incompetent monkeys by "superior human beings" when you approached as an individual many times before. You can see you do the same mistake.

As for me now I have to work more on dismissing the suspicion on me as no one yet believes it is the stockcharts guilty just because I can not prove it yet and they don't admit to it (rarely they did and you know it!)

I regularly open the PC and vacuum dust.
I can hear if vent stops.
I can hear if it overheats as a 2nd fan kicks in and at a higher speed.
I can see if it's overheating from a temperature window.
I watch temperature regularly.
I watch programs working in my pc regularly (on watch for hacks).
I monitor as much as I can.
My protection software is updated few times a day and is from my trusty i-provider company which they do a good job in keep me happy payer!
I have router
I have a good router not a cheap one
I have straight access
I am the only one working on this pc
(did I leave anything out?)

Lastly , I pay real time and while the charts do work, for the most part of morning I got delayed time...
I doubt that was because the dust , my pc, or me being the bad ignorant one.

One thing about me is that my charts usually work fine, but I did pay attention to facts and because facts pointed to stockcharts painfully too many times , when someone complains about charts , no matter how good in my side may be at the time I tend to believe that individual. AND IT HAPPENED!
The person may be at fault but my experience taught me that the odds are stacked that the stockcharts is at fault.
AND IT HAPPENED!

My internet provider is one of the most trusty. When I have a problem in that area I myself then place the cop attitude on myself and my hardware because I do not dismiss their reputation.

Speaking for myself I always take in account available reputation and history of parties because I hate to end up being in a situation of an unfair bad cop.

---------
When it comes between 2 regular individuals, people tend to treat each other the normal way, compassionate and giving a lot of credit until proven otherwise.
This is the base for most of the problems and crockery going on between people as this undeserved trust is being abused (logic says rightfully so).
---------

FWIW I always look first in my side of things to see what could be wrong before even post in here. I'm positive Stockcharts (or any other institution) will not do same, they will not first look in their side but will first try to make me look like a fool and mess my own pc.

If I can't have a perfect world I wish we should have a good one.
