That could cause them to be slow to respond, I agree.

But complete lack of response is a little rude and unnecessary.

Even a quick email "please give us a call to discuss these issues" would suffice...

Since it seems obvious that they read the board, I wonder what kind of reaction they had to my meeting notes???
