Perhaps bills was the wrong term to use. They don't quit paying the bills per say they just take the money out of company bank accounts and let them squander away...employee's and all.

There are however other things I, and others also know for certain.

1) I know for certain PBLS didn't pay dividends.
2) I know for certain they are not filing form 10
3) I know for certain Blackburn drives a Bentely
4) I know for certain the shares are close to 2.5B
5) I know for certain 2 ex-convicts are working for PBLS
6) I know for certain they claimed NSS the whole time they sold shars
7) I know for certain Management has 100M+ in preff III shares that were unduley issued.
8) I know for certain a couple of people on this board are CURRENTLY employees of the company.
9) I know for certain ALOT of money went to real estate
10) I know for certain that the oil side of business never came close to a billion dollars.
11) I know We were never "current information" providers yet were promised so.
12) I know for certain the LIED about 100+ trucks coming and going from the pit everyday.
13) I know for certain Carolyn Alonozo is NOT the best CFO for the job.
14) I ALSO know that they told many people Carolyn was being replaced.
15) I know for certain Ron Blackburn HATES investors.
16) I know for certain Paul actually put out a pr stating he went to CHURCH.
17) I know for certain John and Don Hayden used to cold call people trying to get them to invest. I was calle dmany times
18) I know for certain I need to get my butt back to work and quit playing on the boards.
19) I also know for certain the SEC has been notified...but you are right they probably won't do jack...'cause they are as corrupt as Paul and Ron.

So it would appear that there are QUITE a few things I do know for CERTAIN. BTW How many ex-employees have you spoken with? How many previous business onwers have you spoken with? Why not quit assuming I'm making it up and do some DD. Don't something might be wrong when investors who pumped this stock more than anyother for 2 years suddenly turned very negative?
Must by our inner bashers coming out.

BTW I won't provide you are anyone else proof of these things. You can believe what you want, but ALL OF THAT INFO is easily obtainable by someone who wants to seek out the truth.
