once again there are exceptions and there are certainly degrees of dilution and loses in the pennies. I can show you a penny in this very sector that has only issued 6.5m shares into the OS in 11 years of fully reporting status

That being said
I dont think this one should trend down much further in the near/mid term seems the current share price is reflecting whats in the filings. On a fully diluted basis the market cap is about 2.25m
This may/should have some small trading pops short term/mid term and being a stem cell stock the long term certainly has its potential IMO
