skono-How in the world d o you expect to be the best builder you can be when you say stuff like this re" For my purposes I don't care what's holding up the building"......

And what i have to say to that above is, i would surely not employ you working with my structural engineer, architect or foundation , retrofit crew.........

You have alot to learn about buildings and construction my fellow contractor.........

Do you only do remodels or something? What is your expertise in construction? What purposes?
