For one investor to email another investor saying anything he wants is NOT against any law that I am aware of. The KEY is the relationship between a Hedge Fund Manager and a person RUNNING A PUBLIC COMPANY!! This legal issue is since there was no CEO then the BOD CAN appoint a new CEO or in this case COO!! Shareholders can do that but CAN appoint or REMOVE a BOD from the board.
