you mean like knocking the biggest semiconductor designer/manufacturer in the world, that's 10 times AMD's size back on its heels for a few years?

How fitting that you would score this as an accomplishment. Never mind that they squandered away Billions. You're happy that they could slow down the evil empire. That's an accomplishment in your mind.

in many ways, they've accomplished a lot with very little.

They've pissed away Billions on a mindless vendetta. Where is a historical equivalent?
