Well at least all the offers aren't all stupendously low. I don't think the volume is enough to be on anybody's radar. Well, if you got cash and believe a deal is coming soon, you can still pick up cheap shares. Somebody's picking it off bit by bit. Not many of those. There's a lot more who might not have cash still holding on.
