I forget how many restricted shares were issued as dividend but my guess is theres a good percentage of tpdi stockholders who are not able to sell which explains the quick rise and quick decline in price on low volume. Once the few that have unrestricted sell then it will invite new investors that will pick up on the lower price. After all this stock went from .05 to .60 cents during the first week of trading.
