Now here is a good example of a company going to knife everyone with preferred shares ready to eat the common shares and a convertible share rate of 10-1... Ask them if they need any blood why they are at it... Think i will stick with my shares of prsu that were up over 30% today....

I've Done some DD and formed an educated opinion. I suggest you do your own DD and make up your own mind.
