AEROX, Your input on another board and your concern for fully dilutive and outstanding share questions caused me to look into other companies you have chosen for discussion. Concerning the fully dilutiive and outstanding shares on FCCN. Doesn't this amount and past delayed reporting of FCCN cause you to become concerned?

I mean after looking at the delayed reporting and lack of news on FCCN this does not look to be a fully reporting company to me.

What is the share structure concerning fully dilutive, outstanding and authorized shares on FCCN?
