100,033,333 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of November 16, 2007.... that's a market cap of over $200 million.

Total Assets 2,777,304 altho this is before the PetroSouth acquisition for 30 million shares, the asset values of which remain unknown.... tho i doubt it amounts to much.

No revenue - $55,689 in expenses consist of advertising and professional fees.... i guess they didn't pay for most of the advertising before September 30? It must have cost more than $22,000.
