Read the PR. It even mentions they are trying to find financing to provide working capitol. (The company has begun the process of seeking financing partners to help support its acquisition plans and provide working capital). Also, don't you think was such blockbuster news it would have moved a lot more today. Something is wrong with this shell, meuse had it set up to RM into Beverage Creations and changed and put it into another shell stock he owned. Now why would he spend the money on filings and then drop it. Someone is setting up a holding company and going public through TDWV.
