I look at it this way- what bank lends to a start up without positive indications. They usually require collateral. For NSDM to secure a tranche, the bank/investor must see something very positive.
eibanker...where did they say "bond"? Where did they say share dilution?? You know the total outstanding is 621 mio shares. Like I said in the past-do not just look at float.
You may be panicking everyone before you know the details.
Where is a company to get operating cash without revenue? This is not new.
