Sticking with NSDM-? My concern is the following:

Raise a tranche for value of $1 million. Take a look at reporting companies when they raise a tranche - it not only tells you the value but by what method. ie. Secured debt (can't be bonds as no assets to secure)??????

so it has to be more shares. If the tranche was for shares greater than the current pps (i.e say .08 or .10).. they would tell you that in the PR as it would stimulate the pps to be at par with what other investors value the company at..

As they do not, I am concerned that they raise $1million by releasing another 100 million shares (at .01).. or 1 billion shares at .001- who knows- It is still non reporting.. That is why the financials are important and that is why you want disclosure. Without knowing, I think that it is too risky for me as once disclosure happens, if it is like this above, the pps tanks.. I think it will drop as investors worry about this and unload.
