I doubt they will. The statute of limitations is five years for criminal fraud, 18 USC 3282, and I understand that these alleged false statements occurred several years ago. It's unlikely they the government felt they could bring a criminal case if it only went after them civilly, which is by preponderance of the evidence instead of beyond a reasonable doubt.
