what bothers me is,mak got 20 mil shares for sale next year(if he s gonna sell)if he converts more,stock will go lower,if he converts to sell,better sell the company because he loosing it anyway,but my point is,20 mil shares at this pps is 2 mil dollars!is it worth it for him to sell for 2 mil.$ after 2 years?here in usa, just the host makes 20-30 mil$ in average,he,as an owner who realy put the show on the screen makes 2 mil.?he depends on pps too,right,so,i believe he s onto something.
