Nothing keeping this from going all the way down. If Sib wants shares, why give shareholders any hope? We are not part of the picture right now. They want as many cheap shares as possible so why release news that will jack the price. Every holder will have to be paid off in the end so why not ensure that there are NO holders left and then complete the transaction, what ever it is? Why not take it all the way down and R/S the sucker? Buying back shares is only ONE method to take Sib out of the "Domestic Markets". I hate to be cynical, but really, why not?
