Do you realize whats on our balance sheet? our income statement with Hacketts and Wisebuy? the next 10Q? the next 10K? Wisebuy audited 8K? its solid.

Tom has doing a fine job. He started a shell, and he was reluctant to issue convertibles that are now hurting this stock pretty badly, but in term of management, they have made progress and perform as expected. He wants this thing to be 4$. Remember when this was a shell company, they needed financing. Debt financing would be really risky because they had no revenue on hand. So they turn toward equity financing, it hurts us now, but Tom would NEVER issue such convertibles again, because we now have revenue, income to go out and get a loan.
