Not much to post here until we see a PR saying "ALL" the CD's are converted. At that point we'll know the base O/S and have some basis to guess a reasonable market cap and hence a pps. Without that info, anything is pure speculation IMO.


I've to admitt, I'm greatly disappointed with the conversion rate. Besides the 0.001 conversion, check the other CD's conversion rate. Are they confirming to the 10% and 15% discount mentioned on the past 10Q's. The pps was a lot higher during those conversion. And who converted those shares at 0.001 and pocketed the money? Thats a lot of money and this is more than criminal IMO.

There is nothing we can do about it now. It's past. Let us hope that Tom will announce some good PR's after the conversion that would help the pps to move.
