Death Spiral Financing...
yea...you got that right! It's amazing......company will get financing from a banker who's all their friend....then the banker shorts the stock....and sticks it to the company....and investors. Crazy!
look at Canadian companies......thats the best market. You almost have to drop a release every time you issue new shares. imagine what businesswire would look like if every OTC company had to drop a release every time they issued shares? lol!
