Geo, Very good point,, but it also is reflected in the pps. If I wanted to prove my intetrity and capability as a major player in the market place with a new merger and great potential, but did't have the qualifications for the bigger boards,or the experience of "economic maturity" to do things safely (shark infested waters) of the market, I would get the best BOD I could, present my business plan, and have them guide me through it. I'm glad we have a ceo under 50 and a BOD over 50 for obvious reasons, DGs 20yrs of working hard and pattened tech to turn to as Arow goes forward in it's pattened tech. It shows me they are staying safe, and they are new to the landscape of the investment community. SOOO in my very humble opinion Aero is in the waters of acclamation, and we will see how they do,, as of today I think we are doing fine, and there confidence is growing daily,,NOTHING TAKES THE PLASE OF EXPERIENC val
