If this company BUNM has an AS (Authorized Share Count) of 3 Billion, it can have a float of 3 Billion ---

So in this, insiders hold (80,318,487 - 24,315,127): 56,003,360 - now if the insiders sell 50 Million, the float would increase by 50 Million ...... to 74,315,127 --- Did the company dilute???? NO they did not, insiders sold shares and the company did not. Why would an insider sell??? maybe it is their wife’s bday and needed money to take a trip, who knows and who cares!!!



Now if the the OS went up >>>> could be a number of things:

1. Insiders getting more stock.
2. Private placements for upgrades.
3. Company selling shares into the market to pay bills

and so on ......>
