Otherwise, why advertise a SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM

When you design a product from start it's hard to get every problem worked out before you release it.. IMHO

So as time goes by you find some problems and correct those problems (happens in every industry with products).

My company that I work for receives brand new off the line heavy equipment, we use them for about a month..

The equipment often have problems.. We report back and they get fixed..

I'm glad they are still full steam ahead with there views.
