Supposedly the SEC made requests to GBDX to provide information several months ago regarding a man name Turino who is no longer associated with them. The SEC was satisfied with the answers to those questions. Then a week or so ago there was a request for answers to more questions. That is the rumor. Again I think we're fine. We just have to wait. Maybe they can get this wrapped up this week or next week. But if the SEC is involved that explains both the delays and why we haven't received any PRs.
