I don't think it is, but that is MY opinion.
Bain has had the 500k preferred for ages. Same with Fuldas preferreds. Informed people are VERY pleased that there has been a settlement agreement to take control of the company away from Bain and Fulda. This agreement does that. Now the company can move forward and Lott HAS CONTROL!!
