GENERAL INFORMATION
Note: All commissions, overrides and bonuses are based on the sale of products and services to the end user. eWorld does not guarantee any income whatsoever. Your income will ultimately be determined by your efforts and the efforts of your team. In this document the term “Affiliate” always refers to an Independent Contractor, not to an employee or licensed agent of the company.
START UP OPTIONS:
All participants in the eWorld Compensation Plan are Independent Affiliates (Independent Contractors in business for yourself). You become an Independent Affiliate by completing and submitting an Independent Affiliate Agreement and choosing one of the following start up options.(1,2)
Executive Pack(3) @ $99
Marketing Affiliate(4) - $0 (no purchase)
(1)You are automatically upgraded when you purchase a higher priced package.
(2)The specific product offerings and services included in the eWorld startup packs may vary from time to time as the marketing environment evolves.
(3)Executive Pack includes one eworldmedia.com sub domain website, an online Personal Office, access to eWorld products and technologies, including the Boomerang Media Station, WALRUS, eWorldMailer Recruiting System with unlimited sends, eWorldMail (1,000 sends per month), one eWorldSite flash website builder, and admission to Executive Training Sessions. Executive Affiliates earn Retail Sales Commissions on retail sales of certain eWorld products, are eligible to sponsor other Independent Affiliates, and can qualify for Affiliate Training Bonuses, Personal Production Bonuses, and other Special Bonus Pools. Note: Products and/or upgrades will be released as they become available and Product Pack may change from time to time.
(4)Marketing Affiliates receive a sub domain website, can sponsor other Independent Affiliates, and earn Retail Sales Commissions on personal sales. They do not receive any other eWorld products, do not have access to an online Personal Office, and do not participate in Affiliate Training Bonuses, Personal Production Bonuses, or Special Bonus Pools. New Marketing Affiliates must activate their position within 30 days after enrolling by either (1) purchasing an Executive Pack or (2) personally sponsoring five Independent Affiliates who each purchase an Executive Pack. Marketing Affiliates who do not meet this requirement within 30 days will be deleted from the system and permanently lose their place in the genealogy. Once deleted, a Marketing Affiliate must enroll again as a new Independent Affiliate, and will be placed in the next available position in his/her sponsor’s organization.
COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
Commission payments (Retail Commissions, Affiliate Training Bonuses and Personal Production Bonuses) for business turned in by 12:00 midnight Monday are paid two weeks later on Monday (two-week delay) provided you have accrued at least $100 in payable commissions. Administrative and processing fees will be charged each time you receive a commission payment.
MONTHLY AUTO-QUALIFY PROGRAM
The Monthly Auto-Qualify Program is designed to make sure you never lose access to your products and never lose your commissions, overrides or bonuses by not meeting your monthly New Personal Sales Volume (PSV) requirement. The Monthly Auto-Qualify program serves all the following purposes:
1. It pays for your monthly personal product purchases.
2. Your $10 monthly fees will accumulate and can be used to purchase eWorld Pay-Per-View presentations.
3. It meets your monthly New Personal Sales Volume requirement for Affiliate Training Bonus and Personal Production Bonus.
Executive Affiliates who are enrolled in the $10 Monthly Auto-Qualify Program receive:
• Maintenance of Boomerang, WALRUS, sub-domain websites and Online Personal Office
• eWorldMailer Recruiting System with unlimited sends
• Waiver of monthly hosting fee for one personal eWorldSite
• eWorldMail System with 1,000 eWorldMail sends per month
• •$10 accumulated as credits to be used to purchase Pay-per-View programs
• Ongoing training & support
• Automatically meets your monthly New Personal Sales Volume requirement for Affiliate Training Bonus and Personal Production Bonus
• Qualifies you to participate in certain Special Bonus Pools.
MULTIPLE WAYS TO EARN INCOME
Every purchase of an eWorld product creates either a Retail Sales Commission or an Affiliate Training Bonus or both. The Commission and Bonus Schedule below shows the amount of commissions paid and points awarded for each individual product.
1. RETAIL SALES COMMISSIONS
Independent Affiliates can earn a Retail Sales Commission (RSC) every time one of his/her personally-sponsored Affiliates, Customers or Active Downloads generates sales revenues, including product purchases, advertising and click-through revenues.
Independent Affiliates do not receive Retail Sales Commission on their personal purchases (these commissions are paid to the sponsoring Affiliate).

2. AFFILIATE TRAINING BONUSES
Each Affiliate will build two teams – a “Left” team and a “Right” team (also called “legs”). Therefore each Affiliate can only have two front line Affiliates, one atop his Left team and the other atop his Right team. All Affiliates joining your organization after the first two will fall, spill or be placed into one of these two teams.
Affiliate Training Bonuses are paid to Active, Qualified and Eligible Affiliates for sales made by your entire Two-Team group. These overrides are based on total points produced by your group. Affiliate Training Bonuses are paid out on a single-step “cycling” system as follows:

Every 600 Accumulated Points = $100 Payout
Important Notes:
1. Total volume must be balanced 50% in each team.
2. Points not paid out will hold indefinitely provided the Affiliate meets his/her monthly new PSV requirement every month.
3. There is no limit to the number of times you can cycle in a pay period.
4. There is no limit to the amount of income you can earn (no “caps”).
Activation & Qualification
• Active, Qualified and Eligible
• You must be an Active, Qualified and Eligible Executive Affiliate to accumulate Affiliate Training Bonus points and receive Affiliate Training Bonuses.
• An Active Executive Affiliate is an Affiliate who has either (1) purchased an Executive Pack or (2) personally sponsored five Independent Affiliates who each purchase an Executive Pack.
• A Marketing Affiliate (no purchase) can upgrade to an Active Executive Affiliate by either (1) purchasing an Executive Pack or (2) personally sponsoring five Independent Affiliates who each purchase either an Executive Pack.
• A Qualified Executive Affiliate is an Active Executive Affiliate who: (1) has downloaded and maintained at least one Active Boomerang from your sponsor’s website onto your personal computer; (2) has acquired 10 or more Active Boomerang Downloads from your own website; and (3) has personally sponsored at least two Active Executive Affiliates - one in your Left Team and one in your Right Team. An Active Download is any individual or entity who has downloaded and installed the Boomerang Media Station onto a personal computer and has not subsequently uninstalled it.
• Once you become an Active and Qualified Executive Affiliate, you will be Eligible to earn Affiliate Training Bonuses for every pay period in which you: (1) meet your $10 monthly New Personal Sales Volume requirement; (2) maintain a minimum of 10 Active Downloads; and (3) maintain a 50%-50% point balance between your right and left teams. Note: Bonuses will be paid out based on a 50%-50% balance. Unpaid points will roll over to the next pay period until they are paid out or for a maximum of one year. Affiliates with extenuating circumstances may petition the company for an extension of volume hold beyond one year, which may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
• New Executive Affiliates must Activate their positions by the end of any given weekly pay period in order to receive Affiliate Training Bonuses for that pay period. However, new Executive Affiliates have until the end of their first full calendar month in the business to meet the 10 Active Downloads requirement. Prior to the end of your first full calendar month in business, Affiliate Training Bonuses will be paid as though the 10 Active Downloads requirement has been met. For example, if you Activate your Executive position in October, you have until the last day of November to get your 10 Active Downloads. Prior to the end of your first full month in the business, you will earn Affiliate Training Bonuses on all activity occurring during any given pay period provided you have (1) activated your Executive position; (2) maintained at least one Active Boomerang download from your sponsor’s website onto your personal computer; and (3) personally sponsored your two Active Independent Affiliates (one in Left Team and one in Right Team).
• Personal Sales Volume is generated any time a sale is made to an end-user and any time advertising or click-through revenues are generated by a user. New Personal Sales Volume includes (1) personal purchases and/or (2) purchases by new customers and/or newly enrolled Independent Affiliates only. This does not include renewals or additional purchases made by existing customers and/or Independent Affiliates other than yourself.
• Once an Executive Affiliate is qualified, the new monthly Personal Sales Volume requirement must be met by the last day of the month following the month in which you last qualified. For example, if you make a purchase or sale of at least $10 in October you will be eligible to receive Affiliate Training Bonuses through the last pay period in November. An Executive Affiliate who does not meet their new monthly Personal Sales Volume requirement prior to this deadline for any reason will be considered Inactive. Inactive Affiliates will not be eligible to receive overrides and will not accumulate any Affiliate Training Bonus points while they are inactive. Affiliates who are Inactive for more than 30 days will lose all Affiliate Training Bonus points accumulated to date.
• An Inactive Executive Affiliate can re-activate their position and begin re-accumulating new Affiliate Training Bonus points by (1) selling or re-purchasing an Executive Pack; and (2) thereafter continuing to meet their qualification and eligibility requirements, including the $10 monthly new PSV requirement. However, any Affiliate Training Bonus points that were lost and/or not earned while you were inactive will not be reinstated.
• An Executive Affiliate who has not met their new monthly PSV requirement for twelve (12) consecutive months, may, at the company’s discretion, be removed from the database and permanently lose his/her position in the downline.
Placement of Affiliates
Each Independent Affiliate can control the placement positioning of new Affiliates in his/her organization by adjusting the “Preferences” setting in his/her Personal Office. You can also place a new Independent Affiliate in a specific position in your organization by sponsoring (enrolling) them in your Back Office. To do this, login to your Back Office, click on “Graphic Entry,” and click on the available position where you want to place the new Affiliate. This will bring up an enrollment form which you must complete to place the new Affiliate in that position.
3. PERSONAL PRODUCTION BONUS
You must be an Active, Qualified and Eligible Executive Independent Affiliate to be eligible to receive the Personal Production Bonus.
As an Active, Qualified and Eligible Executive Independent Affiliate, you will earn a $100 Personal Production Bonus each time you personally sponsor 5 Active Executive Affiliates who each acquire their 10 free Boomerang Downloads. These sponsored Executive Affiliates do not have to be balanced on your teams, do not have to personally sponsor any Executives themselves for you to be qualified for this bonus, and this bonus is paid in addition to your Affiliate Training Bonus. This bonus is cumulative and does not have to be completed in any time period, i.e. when you have sponsored a total of 5 you receive $100, when you have sponsored a total of 10 you receive another $100 and so on.
PLUS… SPECIAL BONUS POOLS
From time to time eWorld will run Special Bonus Pools and incentives. To participate in these pools you must (1) be an active Executive Affiliate; and (2) be enrolled in the Monthly Auto-Qualify Program. Additional requirements for specific Bonus Pools may vary from time to time.
EWORLD “GO GREEN” CAR BONUS
Drive a white Prius or Lexus hybrid at company expense. eWorld’s “Go Green” Car Bonus will pay you $500 to $1,000 a month for “doing the right thing” and helping to take care of our precious environment.
Qualification Requirements:
1. You must be an Active, Qualified and Eligible Executive Independent Affiliate and remain on the $10 Monthly Auto-Qualify Program in order to participate.
2. You qualify for a $500 “Go Green” Car Bonus when you have 100+ Qualified Execs in your entire team (at least 50 on left team and 50 on right team). This bonus can be used toward purchase/lease of white Prius or white Lexus RX330 (with green eworlde.com logo).
3. Your Car Bonus increases to $1,000/mo when you have 200+ Qualified Execs in your entire Team (at least 100 on left team and 100 on right team).
4. You can begin receiving your Car Bonus the first calendar month after you qualify.
5. You must fax a copy of your lease or purchase agreement to corporate before you will begin receiving payment.
6. If you want to wait until you qualify for the larger bonus before you lease/purchase your car, you can accumulate a maximum of 3 months Car Bonus before payout begins. If you have accumulated Car Bonuses in excess of three months, only your first three months’ accumulation will be paid out when payments begin (on receipt of your lease or purchase agreement).
7. If you do not activate your Car Bonus within 3 months of qualifying, you will be removed from the Car Bonus program and your accumulated Car Bonuses will be deleted. You may re-apply for the Car Bonus program later by sending written notification to the corporate office and requesting to be reinstated. Once reinstatement is approved, you will begin the program anew effective the first month you qualify, as if you had just qualified for the first time.
Ongoing Monthly Eligibility Requirements:
1. Once qualified you will continue to receive your monthly Car Bonus every month that you:
a. Remain an Active, Qualified and Eligible Executive Independent Affiliate.
b. Remain enrolled on the $10 Monthly Auto-Qualify Program
c. Personally sponsor at least 1 new Active Executive Affiliate each month
2. Monthly Car Bonuses will be paid as follows:
a. 100+ new Qualified Execs entire team = $500
b. 200+ new Qualified Execs entire team = $1,000
c. 50 - 100 new Qualified Execs entire team = $250 (just in case you fall a little short)
