OK. this is getting old. I spoke w/Sandy and found out the following:

1) Mr. Singjan is making ALL of the decisions at BKMP.

2) Sandy is still at TFN and is having to spend more time producing results. Therefore, no more time will be spent on BKMP.

3) We do own 15.4% of TFN and confirmed that the amount will be reduced in ratio to the total dollars invested into BKMP from other sources. Confirmed that BKMP's share will diminish proportionately, just as will the percentages of other stakeholders in TFN when new money is invested.

4) Confirmed that Singjan will be seeking other investment opptys. in addition to our investment in TFN.

5) Shared other information concerning TFN expansion, but I was asked not to disclose. What I can say is that I am becoming very excited and more confident in where TFN is heading.

Just like the rest of you I had been critical and demanding as to why we had not been getting more detailed information.

Bottom line is that TFN has now become Sandy's baby and he's focusing all of his time and attention on it.

He's moved on from BKMP, but at least now we'll have a director who'll have and spend the time necessary to get us the info. we need; whether in the form of a PR, an e-mail, smoke-signals, whatever. I have found out more info. in these last few days about BKMP/TFN than I have for an entire 2 months.

Frankly, this is the start of what we've been waiting for for a long time.

Let's begin to focus on where this can be heading and where we'll be as a result of it.

Remember. I was one of the most vocal critics because of the lack of info., just a few days ago. Now it's time to tone it down and get back to business.

I hope you'll agree and do the same.
