Roland Joseph Torres is a multimedia professional and independant documentary film maker residing in Modesto, CA. He has managed national press coverage for LULAC, where he worked with Vice President Al Gore, HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros, Attorney General Janet Reno, and INS Secretary Doris Meisner. His broadcast work has been honored with a special Emmy award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, as well as an ADDY from the Advertising Federation of America. Currently, Torres is in Production on a PBS documentary "Attack At Polihale" is the principal of multimedia firm RED SOAPBOX VISUAL MEDIA, and serves as publicist for the Latino Political Action Committee of the Central Valley.
