Thats why I always try to find ones that have less than 10 million O/S, Possibly 20% or less of a float, try to find a decent lawyer who actually bought the shell and had the controlling interest already on file, etc. Well I suppose this on fell into a couple of those categories that I know of but you just never know.....

Some of these people get real gready and dont want anyone having any. I think PASL had a very small float but the Chinese were greedy and split that one too.

Sometimes its just good to find them yourself early, sell most of the shares you have, then ride a few free in case it does run post r/m. But thats easier said than done b/c most of these shells are 5th-10th hand if not more. Its just streaky type stuff. Sometimes you get a few that do good and dont R/S and sometimes you get a bunch in a row that r/s. Also depends if the lawyer keeps a big stash for the transaction too. MVBY freaking sold tons of shares the first few days and then just flew to a1000%+ gain. I was expecting that here. Them to sell off til the .50's then have it run back up to the 3-4 range, then back down again.
