O.K. Abby, I took a shot at it, had to guess on the net income of hacketts (couldn't find that number, not sure if it is around yet.) I should have mentioned earlier that my CD estimate was based off of 724,000,000 not the new 798,000,000 or whatever it is now. I used target, wal mart, and best buy as comparisons. First to recap, after all of the CD are converted I believe we will have approximately 1,078,175,666 O/S.

Cornell at 0.015 or 85% of value = $83,390 or 5,559,333 shares

Private Investors at 0.024 or 90% value= $500,000 or 20,833,333 shares

Cornell at 0.001 = $327,783 or 327,783,000 shares

thats from the 10QSB

Target
Net Income = $2,962,000,000
Market Cap = $45,614,000,000
multiplier = 15.4

Wal Mart
Net Income = $12,603,000,000
Market Cap = $189,994,000,000
multiplier = 15.07

Best Buy
Net Income = $1,373,000,000
Market Cap = $19,579,762,000
multiplier = 14.2

SWVC (low estimate with 9 stores)
Net Income = $900,000
Market Cap = $12,600,000
multiplier = 14
pps = .011

SWVC (high estimate with 9 stores)
Net Income = $9,000,000
Market Cap = $144,000,000
multiplier = 16
pps = .142

Of course these numbers are estimates and will vary greatly depending on the multiplier assigned as well as the net income of the nine hackett stores, and they also assume I have the Future O/S right, which I am pretty sure I will be close. That number also depends on whether or not cornell decides to convert their shares, if I were them, I would wait until the price went up even more. This also doesn't include future acquisitions. It will be very interesting to see what the next acquisition brings to the table, I think it will be one of the GS companies, but who knows, this is just a hobby for me in my off-time, hope to get decent enough at it one day to turn a profit on it.
