What I mean to say is that applying the different rationales on when the stock should go down or when it should bounce and at what levels is basically worthless.
I look at technical analysis all the time on companies that are established and have a track record. It works much better and allows for more intelligent conversation. I think that is the reason why Break does not cover TA on pennies except this one, as per his disclosure.
What is left? Fundamentals. I do not see what negative changes have occurred with the direction of the company. It has only gotten better and going forward looks very promising.
So, are there any arguments to what has changed with the company to the negative between now and say 1 year ago that should explain the decline in the share price as we have seen. I do not see any.
Again, this is a long-term hold in an industry just turning the corner in the energy sector.
