This is a different type of play then the usual subpennies. The O/S is low and the company is a reporting OTC BB not a pinky with no filings. There is no way this should be under a penny especially considering the events that are on the horizon. There are quite a few POS stocks with no revenue and some even no prodcuts trading in the multiple penny range. Im not going to post then here but there are many out there. Once they start getting some more dealers on board and some more exposure I think these prices will be long gone for good. IMO.
