small float so it can have erratic swings which is good for this board.However, I holding and letting the plan pan out.Check the PR from last year about potential aquisitions and mergers and then the recent one about increasing shareholder value.This is a keeper for me right now.Dream found a Dream early last year.So the short term target for me doesnt really matter but here it is... north of .30 by end of march.
