Pivotal technical spot on the daily and weekly. At the 200 DMA on the daily and the 40 WMA on the weekly. Historically we bounce, however, without some news......

Additionally, I e-mailed Allyson......

as follows, and with the following questions. Note that I also e-mailed her a week or so ago, and have not heard back. This is my second e-mail sent two days ago. I also provided her with a link to my home e-mail for easy response. docS

Dear Allyson,

I am a loyal shareholder of LTHU and I wrote to you about a week ago, but have not received a response. For disclosure, I own XXX,XXX shares of LTHU, and have been following the Company for several years. I have a few questions that would be helpful to me and others if they were answered, of course with the understanding that they are generic, and that your responses cannot reveal non-public information.

1) Are we still involved with the Dutch in providing back-up power for their wind mills?
2) Have we received more money from the $5 million dollar agreement relative to #1 above (I believe we received an initial sum of $1 million)
3) Can we expect a financial update with restatement out soon? Before years end?
4) Will we be filing to leave the pink sheets?
5) Are we still involved with GTEM and their high altitude airship?
6) Are we in discussions with any car manufacturers to provide our batteries for a production line of hybrid vehicles?
7) Are we still supplying the military with our batteries?
8) Have we secured financing for the planned new manufacturing plant in the Netherlands?
9) If yes to #8, when can we anticipate breaking ground?
10) When can we expect another update for shareholders?

Thank you for your time.
