WHY BUY ESNR #2 My Response.

cubber...I think the reasons you give are right. I am very long and have been a buyer of shares since the stock was trading a 20 cents. In fact I think my first purchase was at .21. I think you could add to your list that fact EST has several real and unique products that do some pretty amazing things. I mean...if their technology didn't work..why would the sales be happening...or especially continuing. If the company has a future (which I believe it does), we will eventually see an appreciate in share price.

Also, I don't see EST as a pump and dump stock like so many of the companies you see out there. In fact...if memory serves...the outstanding shares has stayed about the same for the last year. That's a good sign!

However, a large number of shares have been sold by Edward Staples at these low levels...and we don't know who bought them. We don't know if they are being held by those looking for the long term success of the company or by those who will readily sell their shares if they become profitable at say 15-20 cents? I guess therein lies the dilemma of investing in low cost stocks. When to buy and when to sell.

On the other hand, if you think about it...if the company does announce some big news, we could easily break out with the momentum players jumping on board...and easily churn through 5-10 million shares in a day or two. It's always hard to know.

Most often what keeps people from making money with stocks like is either getting scared out of or bored with their stocks. They see the share price going down ...or the share price staying the same while others are going up...and think there's a better place for their investment dollars...and sell their shares. I've sometimes done the same. What it generally takes is patience and the self confidence to buy shares when no one wants them so you can sell them when everyone wants them. It can be tough...but the rewards can be worth it.
