gdepc ,I though at first the building was not necessary , then I thought about company growth, and if there is no room for growth ,how can a company grow , I also thought of the outsourcing scenario, then I said to myself, if I were the scientists would I want to drive to a distant outsource lab and do that everyday to supervise the technology and risk someone stealing the technology plus the time involved . I think the board of directors weighted all possibilities and the best option was the new facility . GE just might be involved in this option to build , just my gut feeling on that one.
