The Reverse Split was specifically designed to collapse the pps. Everyone knows that Reverse Splits ALMOST ALWAYS invariably have the effect of bringing the pss below $1.00 on the PINKS.

THERE HAS BEEN ABSOILUTELY NO REASON GIVEN BY MGMT FOR WHY THEY REVERSE SPLIT.

IT IS NOW OBVIOUS THEY ARE SHORTING THIS ISSUE TO KINGDOM-COME.
