The actual PR states:

"The pay date of the dividend has been established as November 15. On that date, every shareholder who was a shareholder in Imperia Entertainment, Inc. as of the record date of July 10, 2006, will receive, instead of one share of Muller Media, Inc. for every 1,000 shares held in Imperia prior to the October 2006 reverse split, two cents for every 1,000 pre split shares held on the record date".

Undervalue, you seem shocked this has not happened as promised...

Maybe it's the same reason a firm date was giving for filming of NS to start last spring and it never happened..

Maybe its the same reason we were told that SIIR was going to be sold by this film market which has now come and passed. Or the two YEARS it was promoted at Cannes and never made the millions that were given as projections.

Maybe its the same reason Eade has been suspended 13 times from law practice

Maybe its the same reason according to his bar record he has mishandled client trust account money.

Do you have your head in the sand???? Did you ignore the IBOX every time you come on here to post? Ever get the idea that maybe the answer is right in front of you but you don't want to see it? You can blame Ken the first time around but you bought back in AFTER you threatened legal action and complained in the past. There is an expression.. fool me once...
