I won't be surprised at all, if the CD that is converting at 0.001 is actually issued by folks in the loop. Indirectly the money is going back to their pocket at the end when they are selling the shares.

Don't be naive to think Tom is working hard for the outside share holders interest.

The bottomline is if Tom can build a business and become super rich and give the shareholder a decen return the that is a win-win for all.

But those share holder letters and the emails are pure fake. As it gave a different meaning to the reader than what was yet to come.
